Ingredients
- 1 pound dried apricots
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice, fresh
- - grated rind from one medium orange
- - juice from one lemon
- 3 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
How To Make apricot walnut conserve

Step 1Cover apricots with water in a heavy stainless steel or enamel saucepan and simmer uncovered about 20 minutes or until tender.Drain, then chop.

Step 2Return chopped apricots to saucepan and combine with orange juice,orange rind,lemon juice and sugar. Bring to a boil and cook until mixture is thick, stirring constantly.

Step 3Remove from heat and stir in nuts.

Step 4Fill and cap containers according to manufacturer's instructions and process in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
