This is one of the best sauces for glazing grilled chicken or pork...Or you can eat it with your Roasted Turkey...This is also fantastic on your Holiday Hams...I love trying different fruit sauces on a number of things...I love to experiment...This is absolutely flavorful...

Ingredients

12 oz
fresh cranberries, chopped
1/2 c
apricot preserves + 2 tbsp
1/3 c
water
1 Tbsp
cream sherry
1/2 c
sugar + 2 tbsp

How to Make Apricot-Cranberry Sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-size saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to low, and simmer until the cranberries are tender and the sauce begins to thicken. (It will continue to thicken as it cools.) Makes 2 cups.
