This is one of the best sauces for glazing grilled chicken or pork...Or you can eat it with your Roasted Turkey...This is also fantastic on your Holiday Hams...I love trying different fruit sauces on a number of things...I love to experiment...This is absolutely flavorful...

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves + 2 tbsp
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cream sherry
  • 1/2 cup sugar + 2 tbsp

How To Make apricot-cranberry sauce

  • Step 1
    Combine all of the ingredients in a medium-size saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to low, and simmer until the cranberries are tender and the sauce begins to thicken. (It will continue to thicken as it cools.) Makes 2 cups.
