How to Make Applesauce, Ma's
- Boil apples in water, once peeled and cored. When cooked, drain off a little water. Cover heavily with cinnamon, add sweet and low to taste.
- Mash coked apples with a potato masher for chunky, or puree in blender or food processor for smooth. Store and cover in fridge, or in tightly sealed ball jars.
