Ingredients
- 5 medium apples peeled cored and chopped
- 3 medium pears peeled cored and chopped
- 1 medium orange peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup each dark brown sugar and maple syrup
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch

Step 1In an instant pot mix the first 10 ingredients together. Secure the lid and select pressure cook hi and cook 8 minutes.

Step 2Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes then quick release.

Step 3Mix the orange juice and cornstarch together. Carefully remove the lid and select saute and bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened about 2 minutes.

Step 4Ladle into jar. wipe rims and secure lids. Water bath for 10 minutes.
