zippy horseradish sauce

Ingredients For zippy horseradish sauce

  • 2/3 c
    reduced-fat sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp
    light mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground red pepper (cayenne)

How To Make zippy horseradish sauce

    Stir everything together in a small bow. Chill 1 hour.

    This sauce is wonderful with prime rib, steamed artichokes, pork, shrimp or even as a sandwich spread.
