- 1 clove garlic, finely minced or pressed
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves,, chopped
- 1 teaspoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
How To Make window garden vinaigrette

Step 1Place all the ingredients in a glass jar with a lid. Shake until well combined. (Alternatively, whisk in a small bowl)
