1/2 ccold water
2 Tbsplemon juice
1 tspvanilla extract
1/2 cnon-fat dry milk
1/4 cgranulated sugar
How to Make Whipped Non-Fat Dry Milk
- Place the first 3 ingredients in a 1 qt. bowl. Sprinkle the dry milk over the water. Beat with an electric mixer or beater for 4 minutes or with a rotary beater for 8 minutes until stiff.
- Gradually beat in the sugar until it dissolves and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Chill for 30 minutes before using.
