Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
How To Make whipped non-fat dry milk

Step 1Place the first 3 ingredients in a 1 qt. bowl. Sprinkle the dry milk over the water. Beat with an electric mixer or beater for 4 minutes or with a rotary beater for 8 minutes until stiff.

Step 2Gradually beat in the sugar until it dissolves and the mixture is smooth and creamy. Chill for 30 minutes before using.
