Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups cubed, seeded watermelon
- 1/2 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make watermelon-poppy seed dressing

Step 1Place the watermelon in the container of a blender or food processor; process until smooth.

Step 2Pour the watermelon puree into a small saucepan; sprinkle the gelatin over the puree. Let stand for 1 minute. Then cook over low heat, stirring until the gelatin dissolves.

Step 3Combine the gelatin mixture, honey, and remaining ingredients, stirring until well blended.

Step 4Cover and chill for at least 8 hours. Stir the dressing before serving.
