This Japanese salad dressing is great on sliced radishes & cucumbers. It also makes a great marinade for chicken skewers.

    grated onion with juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    tamari
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    toasted sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper

How to Make Wafu Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Serve at room temp.
