Ingredients
- 3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup fish sauce (or less if you prefer)
- 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons asian chili-garlic sauce (or more to taste)
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped toasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup combination of cilantro and mint leaves
How To Make vietnamese peanut sauce for wings

Step 1Saute garlic in vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat for 1 -2 minutes or until golden. Stir in fish sauce, brown sugar and chili-garlic sauce.

Step 2Bring to a simmer over medium heat; stirring occasionally - 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened and reduced. Stir in toasted peanuts. Toss wings in sauce and sprinkle coated wings with cilantro and mint.
