This is my go to 1000 island dressing that I've used for many years. I love to use this for crab and shrimp louies.

    chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion, minced
  • 1
    pimiento, minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    green bell pepper, minced

    hard boiled eggs
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Thousand Island Salad Dressing


  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Thin with a little cream, if desired. Chill before serving.
