You can also use it on sandwiches as a spread or with French fries or fresh vegetables as a dip. My family loves this dressing ... I have replaced Thousand Island Dressing with this recipe. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 2 c
    mayonnaise (best foods)
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    heinz garlic wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar (granulated)
  • TACO SALAD DRESSING

How to Make Taco Salad Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix Tomatoes, Mayonnaise and Olive Oil in a food processor or blender until smooth with no chunks.
  2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the Ginger, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce, Vinegar and Sugar. With a wire whisk mix until completely blended and smooth.
  3. Let set for about an hour or until well chilled and serve with your favorite Seafood or green or Taco Salad. You can also use it on sandwiches as a spread or with French fries or fresh vegetables as a dip.
