Ingredients

  • 1/2 large sweet vidalia onion roasted
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper

How To Make sweet onion champagne vinaigrette w dijon mustard

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the onion on a baking pan drizzle with a little olive oil. Roast until the onion is nice and browned. Remove from oven and let cool
  • Step 2
    Place the onion in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Process until well incorporated
