Ingredients
- 1/2 large sweet vidalia onion roasted
- 10 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 2 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup champagne vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place the onion on a baking pan drizzle with a little olive oil. Roast until the onion is nice and browned. Remove from oven and let cool
