spring hill ranch's honey mustard dressing
I've recently been taken by a commercial honey-mustard dressing that is mayo-based, has a nice, gentle mustard flavor, and just enough honey. I've been kicking around the kitchen trying to find a good combination and latched onto this one. So here's a mayonnaise-based honey mustard dressing that is super good. Use it on salads (of course), or as a dip for veggies or chicken nuggets or wings, artichokes and even as a sandwich spread.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons country-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons clover honey
- 1 tablespoon yellow American mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
