Great as a salad dressing or marinade for chicken. Sweet, sour and savory!

2 1/2 cups (approximately)

  • 1/2 c
  • 3/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 c
    plus 2 tbs white vinegar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c
    sugar, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely minced onion (can substitute 1 tbs dried onion flakes)
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced

How to Make Spanish Salad Dressing


  1. Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 - 4 hours before serving.
