- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbs white vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely minced onion (can substitute 1 tbs dried onion flakes)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
