My husband and I enjoy this homemade dressing on our lettuce salad.

Ingredients
- 2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 tablespoon diced yellow onion
- 5 to 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
How To Make sour cream dressing

Step 1In a bowl, add the diced hard boiled egg. Then add the salt, dry ground mustard, sugar, and paprika.

Step 2Now add the sour cream, red wine vinegar and diced onions; blend well.

Step 3Cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving on a bed of lettuce, along with tomatoes, sliced hard boiled eggs and croutons.

Step 4Yields 15 oz. of homemade dressing.
