Found this online and it is a great salad dressing.... You need to make it in a food processor... Tastes better when in fridge overnight and lasts about 2 weeks in the fridge...YUMMY!

- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 - small chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2/3 cup extra-virging olive oil

Step 3Chill overnight or for a few hours and serve over any salad... I also sometimes add slivered almonds and raisins to the salad if I'm in the mood...
