This is a recipe that was in our local paper a number of years ago. You use it for a sauce for noodles.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 2 - green onions, minced
- 1 - piece ginger, minced (1-2 tablespoons)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
How To Make sesame ginger sauce

Step 1Put toasted sesame seeds in a small food processor and process about 30 seconds - until aromatic.

Step 2In a small bowl or 1 cup measure, whisk together soy sauce, water, sugar and rice vinegar.

Step 3Whisk in sesame seeds, green onions, ginger and sesame oil.
