This recipe was given to me years ago by one of my husband's clients, it comes the closest to the one my father used to make, the best roquefort dressing ever, of any other I've ever had.

Ingredients
- 1/4 pound blue cheese (chopped fine)
- 1/2 - onion, chopped very fine
- 2 cloves garlic (orgarlic powder)
- 1 dash tabasco
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 quart mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1 ounce lemon juice

Step 1Blend everything together with a mixer or french whip, putting the mayo in last.
