  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 ounce roasted garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

How To Make roasted garlic lemon vinaigrette

  • Step 1
    Add vinegar, honey, salt and garlic in food processor; blend until garlic is chopped fine.
  • Step 2
    With processor running; add oil and lemon juice.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate until ready to use.
