Got this recipe from Bobby Flay. Have not tried it yet but it sounded good.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, heaping
  • 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup canola oil

How To Make red chile mustard vinagrette

  • Step 1
    Whisk together all ingredients except oil in a small bowl.
  • Step 2
    Slowly whisk in the oil until emulsified. This can be made up to one day ahead and refrigerated. Whisk again before using.
