Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, heaping
- 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder
- 2 teaspoons honey
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup canola oil
How To Make red chile mustard vinagrette

Step 1Whisk together all ingredients except oil in a small bowl.

Step 2Slowly whisk in the oil until emulsified. This can be made up to one day ahead and refrigerated. Whisk again before using.
