Try this on a number of salads...I promise you,ll never want bottled dressing again.The color alone is enough to make you swoon.

Ingredients

  • 1/4cup - fresh or frozen raspberrys
  • 1 Tbsp. - chopped red onion
  • Tbsp - finely chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. - pink peppercorns (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp - minced thyme leaves
  • 2 Tbs. - raspberry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. - rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. - red wine vinigar
  • 1/2 cup - olive oil
  • 1/4 cup - honey

How To Make raspberry vinaigrette

  • Step 1
    Blend raspberries,red onion,pink peppercorns (optional),thyme,and all 3 vinegars in a blender.With blender on medium speed slowly drizzle in olive oil,then honey,blending until creamy. Strain through a small holed sieve to trap raspberry seeds. Chill. Makes 1 cup.
