raspberry vinaigrette
We have wild raspberry bushes in our back yard so I made some raspberry vinegar. I used that to make this raspberry vinaigrette. Nice on spring greens or a baby spinach salad strewn with some fresh raspberries and slivered almonds.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon finely minced onion (or 1/4 tsp dehydrated onion)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, oregano, or Italian seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make raspberry vinaigrette
