Step 1break up cream cheese with fork, then cream until soft. Work in salt and about 4 tablespoons pineapple juice. With an egg beater, whip until cheese is consistency of whipped cream. Add more pineapple juice as you whip. Be sure not to get the mixture too thin. Serve with fruit salads or cabbage
