- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons grainy stone ground mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons pancake syrup
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)
- 1 pinch each salt and pepper
How To Make pie spice salad dressing

Step 1ln a small bowl or large liquid measuring cup, make the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, mustard, and oil until smooth.

Step 2Gradually whisk in the vinegar.

Step 3Add remaining dressing ingredients whisking until well combined.

Step 4Cover and refrigerate until needed (or pour into a jar with a tight-fitting lid.) Shake well before using. Makes 1 3/4 cups salad dressing.
