This is my version of a sesame orange dressing. I came up with this dressing when I wanted something different for a simple spinach salad. (You know, spinach, mandarin orange slices, a few slivered almonds, etc.)

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice (fresh oj is ok to use, but you get more flavor using frozen oj)
- 2 tablespoons water
- dash sesame oil
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar (or to taste)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make oriental sesame orange salad dressing

Step 1Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Cover, shake well to blend. If you want a thicker dressing, cut back the water.
