  • 2 tablespoons champagne vinegar (white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (about the juice from 1 orange)
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
