Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup, light
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons romano cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- SALAD:
- 1 bag - american blend dole salad
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 sm can black olives, sliced, drained
- - banana peppers, sliced, drained
- - croutons, your choice
- - tomatoes, quartered or cherry tomatoes
- - parmesan cheese, fresh, grated

Step 1DRESSING: Blend all ingredients together & chill until ready to use. The dressing will be a white color, but will taste very similar to Olive Garden's House Dressing. NOTE: Make this 1 day in advance, so the flavors have time to marry together.

Step 2SALAD: Place bag of salad in bowl. Place red onion, black olives, banana peppers, tomatoes & croutons on top of salad. Add some freshly grated Parmesan cheese if you like & add plenty of Olive Garden Salad Dressing on top. NOTE: You can add more or less of each ingredient depending on your preference.
