Yum! I've got it made now..... Pair this up with the breadsticks & I'll never have to leave the house....LOL!

Ingredients

  • DRESSING:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup, light
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons romano cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • SALAD:
  • 1 bag - american blend dole salad
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 sm can black olives, sliced, drained
  • - banana peppers, sliced, drained
  • - croutons, your choice
  • - tomatoes, quartered or cherry tomatoes
  • - parmesan cheese, fresh, grated

How To Make olive garden salad & dressing #1

  • Step 1
    DRESSING: Blend all ingredients together & chill until ready to use. The dressing will be a white color, but will taste very similar to Olive Garden's House Dressing. NOTE: Make this 1 day in advance, so the flavors have time to marry together.
  • Step 2
    SALAD: Place bag of salad in bowl. Place red onion, black olives, banana peppers, tomatoes & croutons on top of salad. Add some freshly grated Parmesan cheese if you like & add plenty of Olive Garden Salad Dressing on top. NOTE: You can add more or less of each ingredient depending on your preference.
