    chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 Tbsp
    salad oil
  • 1 tsp
    lemon peel, finely shredded
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    sugar

How to Make Nut Vinaigrette

Step-by-Step

  1. In a 6-8" frying pan, stir hazelnuts in salad oil over low heat until nuts are golden, 5-8 minutes.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add shredded lemon peel, lemon juice, water, and sugar.
