I ran out of Uncle's favorite salad dressing today. So I thought I would make a simple mustard olive oil vinaigrette. it did taste ok but to me something wasnt just right. I'm not sure if I left something out or put to much of something. Any help wpuld be helpful. Thank you... 3/22/12

Ingredients

1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 tablespoon salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
3/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard

How To Make mustard vinaigrette ???

Step 1

Frist in a small bowl pour the vinegar, add in the salt & pepper. Then add in the mustard & garlic. Mix everything together well.

Step 2

Next slowly pour in the oil & whisk well until all blended together.
Step 3

Note: I like it but I think I needed some help on this one. It took almost 24 hrs but I think with help from a few JAP memebers I think this round truned out good.
