Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sweet & spicy German mustard (substitute whole grain)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
- ground Himalayan pink salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)
How To Make mustard vinaigrette

Step 1In a bowl, whisk together mustards, grapeseed oil, vinegar, honey, and Herbes de Provence; season with salt and pepper.
