Quick and easy to make, this tasty condiment is perfect for the fall and winter months. It’s great with both salads and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sweet & spicy German mustard (substitute whole grain)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
  • ground Himalayan pink salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)

How To Make mustard vinaigrette

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, whisk together mustards, grapeseed oil, vinegar, honey, and Herbes de Provence; season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Refrigerate until ready to use. Yields ½ cup.
