- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 large egg yolks, beaten
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make mimi's mustard sauce for ham

Step 1Mix all dry ingredients well until no lumps. Mix all wet ingredients and combine with dry ingredients in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Use warm or cold. Good used warm drizzled over spinach salad with boiled eggs, tomato, onion and bacon.
