I like recipes that have serious lemon kick, and most lemon vinaigrette recipes don't really cut it for me. So I created this one, which is pretty simple but high in flavor!

  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon peel, grated or finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    agave or honey
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • pinch
    salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Lemon Lover's Vinaigrette


  1. Combine all ingredients in glass jar with lid and shake to combine.
