I've had this recipe for over 30 yrs., It's just a really nice change from the usual. Everyone I have served it to asks for the recipe, so I thought I would share it with you.
You will need to make this the day before in order for the flavors to marry properly. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 2 to 3 dash(es)
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2 to 3 dash(es)
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 c
    onion (chopped)

How to Make Kay Jones Salad Dressing

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large jar. Put in fridge for at least 10 hourss. Serve over house salad or over sliced tomato, cucumber, hard boiled egg & sliced mutz. cheese nicely plated decoratively. Enjoy!!
    ** Lasts up to two weeks in the refrig.
