Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup hellman's real mayonnaise (don't use light or nonfat)
  • 1/3 cup bottled chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup drained pickle relish
  • 1/2 large dill pickle, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

How To Make junior's russian dressing

  • Step 1
    Whisk the ketchup, mayonnaise, chili sauce, and relish together in a deep medium bowl.
  • Step 2
    Stir together the pickle, green pepper, and onion until mixed in a small bowl. Add to the ketchup-mayonnaise mixture and whisk until evenly distributed throughout.
  • Step 3
    Store in the refrigerator, tightly covered, and use within 2 days. Serve cold.
