Ingredients

1/2 cwhite vinegar

1/3 cwater

1/3 coil

1/4 ccorn syrup, light

1 1/2 Tbspgrated romano cheese

2 Tbspdry pectin

2 Tbspegg or egg substitute

1 1/4 tspsalt

1 tsplemon juice

1/2 tspminced garlic

1/4 tspdried parsley flakes

pinchof dried oregano
-
pinchof crushed red pepper flakes
How to Make Italian Salad Dressing
- Combine all items in a blender or food processor and blend on low for 30 seconds. Serve over mixed greens or use as a marinade. The secret to thickening is the dry pectin.
