I have made this cheese for 20 years, Every Christmas; it's part of my families Christmas Basket of goodies. They expect it every year, just like clock work.

Ingredients

2-lbs boxes velveta cheese
2-8ozs boxes philly cream cheese
2-tsp - garlic powder
2-tsp - onion powder
3-lbs - chili peppers

How To Make hot cheese-

Step 1

Mix 4 ingredients together till creamy, Then cut off stems of chili's and put in processor till lightly chopped. then mix in cheese mixture.

Step 2

put in containers with lids. makes severals containers, the longer in frigerator the hotter it gets. If you like it real hot add more peppers. And cheese.
