1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, minced

1/4 cup honey
1 cup irish whiskey
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons ketchup
1 - lemon, juiced
4 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup chicken broth, condensed

How To Make honey whiskey sauce

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Boil down to half, stirring frequently. Check consistency and boil down a bit more if needed.
Step 3

Pour over your favorite cut of meat.
