- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Step 1In a small bowl combine honey and mustard until smooth. Add vinegar; whisk until blended. Slowly add oil while beating with whisk. Serve over salad greens and mushrooms. Yield: 1 cup
