This is a spicy dressing that is good for dipping, or as a salad dressing. I have also used it as a rub for a pork butt, then placed the pork in the crockpot on a rack overnight. OMG, it was so tender and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
  • 1/2 cup prepared djon or spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • Step 1
    Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, honey and oil until smooth Then add vinegar and cayenne Continue whisking until well blended and smooth May be stored in refrigerator in airtight container for 2-3 weeks
