This is a spicy dressing that is good for dipping, or as a salad dressing. I have also used it as a rub for a pork butt, then placed the pork in the crockpot on a rack overnight. OMG, it was so tender and delicious.

3/4 cred wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

1Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, honey and oil until smooth Then add vinegar and cayenne Continue whisking until well blended and smooth May be stored in refrigerator in airtight container for 2-3 weeks
