This is a spicy dressing that is good for dipping, or as a salad dressing. I have also used it as a rub for a pork butt, then placed the pork in the crockpot on a rack overnight. OMG, it was so tender and delicious.

- 1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
- 1/2 cup prepared djon or spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
