Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, peeled and grated
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 small garlic clove, minced and mashed to a paste with 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
How To Make honey mustard dressing

Step 1In a bowl whisk together the mustard, the gingerroot, the vinegar, the soy sauce, and the garlic paste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the dressing until it is emulsified.

Step 2Stir in the chives and salt and pepper to taste. Toss the dressing with salad greens.
