This creamy dressing even makes my 8 year old grandson love salads. You'll want to add more lettuce to use all of the leftover dressing on the plate!

Ingredients

1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon parsley, minced
- salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup oil

How To Make honey dressing

Step 1

Mix vinegar, mayonnaise and mustard until smooth.

Step 2

Add sugar, onion, honey and parsley then season to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3

Slowly beat in oil until well blended.
Step 4

Makes 2 cups.
