    egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 c
    boiling water
  • 2 Tbsp
    white vinager

How to Make Homemade Miracle Whip


  1. In a mixing bowl, blend egg yolks, salt, sugar and 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Slowly add 1 cup of oil a few drops at a time, beating thoughly, add remaining oil a little faster, carefully blending in each bit before adding more.Add the remaining 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  2. In a Medium bowl mix flour, mustard, boiling water and vinager till smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and cook till smooth and paste like
  3. Slowly add hot mixture to the mayonaise and mix well.
    Pour into a container and keep in fridge
