Ingredients
- 4 gallons ripe tomatoes
- 2 large onions
- 5 stalks celery
- 2 - green sweet peppers
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons salt
How To Make homemade ketchup

Step 1Cook tomatoes, onions, celery and peppers together until soft and mushy

Step 2Force through food press or strainer.

Step 3Place strained mixture in soup kettle and add remaining ingredients. Boil 10 minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
