I found this recipe on the eatbetteramerica website. I love peanut dressing but it's always so darn unhealthy!!

3 Tbsp
reduced fat creamy peanut butter
2 Tbsp
reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp
sugar cinnamon mixture
1/4 tsp
1/8 tsp
crushed red pepper
1 clove

How to Make Healthified Peanut Dressing


  • 1In a small saucepan, combine water, peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, ground ginger, crushed red pepper, and garlic, minced. Whisk constantly over medium-low heat about 3 minutes or until smooth and slightly thickened (mixture will appear curdled at first but will become smooth as it’s whisked over the heat). Makes about 2/3 cup
