We LOVE to eat at the Melting Pot (a fondue restaurant), and one of our favorite things there is their Green Goddess dip. It can be used on potatoes, meat, and even chips! I asked our server what their main ingredients were and then came home and created a recipe that turned out pretty close.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (or 1 brick)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
How To Make green goddess taste-a-like

Step 1Be sure your cream cheese is softened a bit before mixing. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream (doesn't have to be smooth - slightly chunky is fine).

Step 2Add onion, parsley, chives, and garlic salt. Mix well.

Step 3Refrigerate until serving. Tastes GREAT on baked potatoes!
