I love a lemon sauce over fish. If using a garlic-infused salt (like Saltopia), you can skip the garlic.

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano (or 1 teaspoon fresh, minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaked salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper, or to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (I had lemon-infused evvo)

How To Make greek lemon sauce for fish

  • Step 1
    Whisk together everything except olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Gradually drizzle in olive oil while whisking.
  • Step 3
    Serve over fish or chicken or use as you like!
