- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano (or 1 teaspoon fresh, minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon flaked salt, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 cup olive oil (I had lemon-infused evvo)
How To Make greek lemon sauce for fish
