Grandma's Dandelion Sauce

1 cwhole milk or 1/2 &1/2

2 largeeggs

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 Tbspflour
-
dash(es)salt
-
3 Tbspapple cider vinegar

6 slicebacon
How to Make Grandma's Dandelion Sauce
- Fry bacon crisp, remove bacon from skillet drain on paper towels, crumble bacon and set aside.
- In a small bowl mix together remaining ingredients, except bacon. Slowly pour into bacon drippings in the skillet, stirring constantly over medium heat. Just before serving add crumbled bacon.
- Note: If sauce seems to thick add a little cream or milk.
