Ingredients
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup low calorie ginger ale
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon liquid sugar substitute
How To Make ginger poppy dressing, mom's

Step 1Blend orange juice and cornstarch in small saucepan. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until thickened and clear. Remove from heat, add ginger ale. Put remaining ingredients into a small mixing bowl, add cornstarch mixture and beat with mixer until smooth. Cover and chill. Shake well before serving.
