  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk or milk + 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (more if fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (more if fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne or chopotle
  • 1 - finely diced jalapeno

How To Make giddy-up spicy ranch dressing

  • Step 1
Whisk together all the ingredients save the milk. Add this slowly as you whisk until the desired consistency. Place in fridge for 2 hours to blend. It will thicken a bit as it cools.
  • Step 2
Eliminate the cayenne and jalapeno for regular ranch. Add 1/3 c parmesan for parmesan ranch. Add 2-3 oz blue cheese for a blue cheese dressing. Leave it thicker if using for a dip for raw veggies or for chicken tenders or wings. Also will work as a an excellent pasta salad dressing.
