How to Make Giddy-Up Spicy Ranch Dressing

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients save the milk. Add this slowly as you whisk until the desired consistency. Place in fridge for 2 hours to blend. It will thicken a bit as it cools.
  2. Eliminate the cayenne and jalapeno for regular ranch. Add 1/3 c parmesan for parmesan ranch. Add 2-3 oz blue cheese for a blue cheese dressing. Leave it thicker if using for a dip for raw veggies or for chicken tenders or wings. Also will work as a an excellent pasta salad dressing.
